Risk Warning

The PODA Gaming Eco-Platform believes that there are numerous risks involved in the development, maintenance and operation of the PODA Gaming Eco-Platform, many of which are beyond the control of PODA. Each participant in the PODA Gaming Eco-Platform, TDT Value Pass should read, understand and consider the risks described below and decide carefully whether to participate in the PODA project planning and TDT economic model. By participating in the PODA Game Eco Platform, participants are deemed to have fully understood and agreed to accept the following risks:

  • Legal policy and regulatory risks

Blockchain technology is subject to oversight and control by a number of different regulatory organisations around the world, and the PODA Gaming Eco Platform may be subject to requirements or actions imposed by them, including but not limited to restrictions on the use of digital value passes, such as the potential for TDT to slow down or limit the functionality of TDT in the future. Pass buyers must conduct their own due diligence to ensure that they comply with all their local laws relating to cryptocurrency, taxation, bonds and other regulation.

  • Technical Risks

The underlying public chain of the PODA Gaming Eco-Platform is still in the development stage and due to the technical complexity of the underlying public chain development, the Seller may from time to time face unpredictable and/or insurmountable technical difficulties. As a result, the development of the PODA Gaming Eco Platform may fail or be terminated at any time for any reason.

  • Risk of Unauthorised Claiming of TDT

Any person who obtains access to the purchaser's registered email address or registered account by decrypting or breaking the password of the purchaser of the TDT will be able to maliciously claim the TDT purchased in the Public Offer, whereby the TDT purchased by the purchaser in the Public Offer may be wrongly sent to any person who claims the TDT through the purchaser's registered email address or registered account and such sending is irrevocable and irreversible. Each purchaser should take steps to maintain the security of his or her registered email address or registered account by using a high security password, not opening or responding to any fraudulent emails and keeping his or her confidential or personal information strictly confidential.

  • Source code vulnerability risk

No one can guarantee that the source code of the underlying public chain of the PODA Gaming Ecosystem is completely flawless. The code may contain certain flaws, errors, defects and vulnerabilities. This may compromise the usability, stability and/or security of the underlying public chain of the PODA Gaming Ecosystem and, as a result, negatively impact the value of the underlying public chain of the PODA Gaming Ecosystem. Open source code is fundamental to transparency in order to facilitate code validation and issue resolution from the community.

  • Liquidity risk

TDT is neither a currency issued by any person, entity, central bank or national, supranational or quasi-national organisation, nor is it backed by any hard asset or other credit. the circulation and trading of TDT in the marketplace is not an accusation or pursuit by the seller. trading in TDT is based solely on a consensus of the relevant market participants as to its value. No person is obliged to dialogue with or purchase any TDT from a TDT holder, nor can any person guarantee to any extent the liquidity or market price of TDT at any given moment.

  • Price volatility risk Crypto-value passes are usually highly volatile in price if traded on the open market. Price shocks occur frequently in the short term. Such price fluctuations may be due to market forces (including speculative trading), changes in regulatory policies, technological innovations, exchange availability and other objective factors, and reflect changes in the balance of supply and demand.

  • Risk of Inadequate Information Disclosure

As of the date of this White Paper, the PODA Gaming Eco Platform is still in the development stage and its philosophy, consensus mechanisms, algorithms, code and other technical specifications and parameters may be updated and changed from time to time. Although the White Paper contains specific information about the PODA Gaming Ecosystem, it is not absolutely complete and may be adjusted and updated by the Seller from time to time for specific purposes. The Seller cannot, and is not obliged to, keep Participants informed of every detail of the development of the PODA Gaming Ecosystem (including its progress and expected milestones, whether delayed or not) and therefore does not necessarily keep Participants informed in a timely and adequate manner of information arising from time to time in the development of the PODA Gaming Ecosystem. Inadequate disclosure of information is inevitable and logical.
